How to Work Together
Understanding exactly your goals and preferences/specifications is the first step. Please write to us to explain your project/time schedule/property/budget. We will forward a simple Questionnaire or meet with John Henry to discuss your project in person. For a quote on services we will need as much information as possible. If you have a survey, please include that as well.
We can create a Schematic Design only consisting of the floor plans and facade to scale as a first step. See Introductory Offer here. This consists of the first Phase and can be used to request rough estimates and to show the layout to interior designers.
John Henry can also create the Architectural Interiors to insure the integrity of the design is maintained.
